In many cases, especially with really large-scale commercial projects, there is an available design for the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems, prepared by a consultant or designer, but unfortunately often these designs are mediocre in a technical and technological aspect. In large scale projects mediocre solutions might lead to serious initial and operational, avoidable costs for the building owners and managers.

In such situations, we at Proximus prefer to offer to the investor, a more competent and personalized solution, which to lead to a more reliable, efficient and sustainable operation of the machines in the installation. This solution is prepared, based on an in-depth analysis of the building, its specifics and the needs and priorities of the customer. Our engineering department carefully prepares a new design, which is presented to the investor and is a subject of additional analysis and comments.
